My current project based on a true story,"Jonas Fairclough and the Line," (working title) is a graphic novel about a man who is mistakenly over-charged on his phone bill by a distracted company operator, throwing him into a bureaucratic nightmare. Combing elements of Kafka, Terry Gilliam's "Brazil" and the movie "Falling Down," The Line humorously depicts the struggle Jonas must endure to save himself, his family and his credit from the phone companies bureaucratic machine....
